Delivery Policy
- A pallet service is required on larger items.
- The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 2-7 working days.
- We have next working day, day specific and Saturday option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
- Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.
- For parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service
- The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 2-7 working days
- If you Tiles and Toilet order is over £500 you will qualify for Free standard delivery (UK Mainland)
- If you Wallpaper order is over £40 you will qualify for Free standard delivery (UK Mainland)
- If you Bathroom Accessories order is over £49 you will qualify for Free standard delivery (UK Mainland)
- You can collect your order from our Wimbledon showroom (425 Kingston Road SW208JR London)
- If you happen to reside in area that is considered to be "remote" by our couriers, you may incur additional delivery charges
- If the any product is available the delivery time may take approximately 3-4 weeks.

- We are happy to announce our international delivery service for our overseas customers. Larger orders to countries we ship to will have an option allowing you to request a quote.
- Some Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering.
